If you have received an unwanted or spam message, you can report it simply by forwarding the email you received to the following address:
In order to correctly identify the actual sender of the message, we ask you to also attach the email header* to your report.
As soon as we receive your report, our anti-spam team will carefully review the information you provided: if a violation is confirmed, we will immediately block the sender's activities.
To get an email header, open the message (often in a new window) and look for an option like "Show original" (Gmail), "View source/header" (Outlook/Webmail), or "Properties" (Outlook) in the menu (usually three dots or "More actions") to view the full header details.
